Yesterday Logan came Into the salon with Hair more than half way down her back. She wanted to donate her hair for Locks of love.
She is in grade 10 and this it the 6th times she has done this. It’s a tradition that she has started since she was 5 yrs old. She said it typically takes her 2 years to grow it out to a good length.
She wanted to try an keep it shoulder length as much as possible, which we were able to do and, ended up cutting 12” off! I gave her some layers to give body to her hair as it is naturally straight and fun but she has a lot of it.
